The Handsome Red Fox In His Sharp Black Boots

This fox walked along a banking among the brush, as I drove
down to Tidal Falls. He would stop and stair at me, from eye level, just a
few feet from my car and then came out of the brush for me to photograph
openly.

Snowy Owl

Salisbury State Reservation
Massachusetts
In the top of a beach pine. Unfortunately with kids out of school at this
time, way too many people were getting way too close to this bird and it
finally flew to the tree top.

Mute Swan

Long time, yearly resident at Mill Pond in Dover, New Hampshire. Has been
successful in raising chicks until the state Fish & Game Dept. started
shaking their eggs to keep chicks from developing. Being considered an
invasive species to the area, they don't want them reproducing....Then he
lost his mate recently and spent the summer swimming the pond alone. |
Tree Swallow

Grey Lag Goose

A Family of these geese lived on the Lamprey River. Local people fed them
along with a lot of ducks. They roamed and flew freely. |
